THE RESIDENCE
The main lodge sits above the beachfront, positioned to capture both the view and the light.
Designed by one of New Zealand’s top renowned architects, Andrew Patterson, the home is arranged as a series of pavilions that open and connect to one another, creating a natural flow between spaces. The scale is generous, yet the atmosphere remains warm and inviting.
At its centre, a high-stud living space with a fireplace draws people together, while large openings connect seamlessly to outdoor living areas that face the ocean. The kitchen is designed for hosting, supported by a butler’s pantry and high-end appliances that make entertaining effortless.
Guest accommodation is thoughtfully separated, each room enjoying its own outlook, while the master suite offers a more private retreat with its own garden and private outdoor spa sanctuary.
It’s a home that balances architecture with ease, designed to be lived in rather than simply admired.
